DEMYSTIFICATION and SELF ADVOCACY

Often students with learning disabilities and challenges are misunderstood, labeled as lazy, and are not recognized for their true giftedness and strengths.

• In session, I help your child become a more successful learner by demystifying labels and enhancing his or her ability to be a self advocate.

AUTONOMOUS LEARNING

Learning how to work independently is fundamental to a child's success.

• In session, I scaffold content, model strategies, and provide ample opportunity for repetition and practice with each skill. 

LIFELONG LEARNING

Learning does not end in the classroom, and students today are required to develop a 21st Century skill set that may be unfamiliar to you.

• In session, I promote the enhancement of many of these Information Age skills by helping your child experience the joy of learning and achieve a love for lifelong learning.
